Provide us with the location for vehicles, crash scene, or representatives (e.g., attorney, parties involved).
Provide us with the vehicle details such as registration/tag, make, model, VIN, color, and year.
Lastly, ensure that you have sufficient authorization to extract data from any vehicle of interest.
Here is a list of what CRODYMI will do for you:
Visit the location and photograph relevant items/evidence.
Apply electrical power to the vehicle if needed.
Extract data directly from the OBD port or EDR console.
Remove EDR / black box from badly damaged vehicles for rewiring or direct data extraction.
Burnt vehicles may need additional rewiring.
The EDR or black box inside vehicles that have been submerged in water for a prolonged period will be taken out for cleaning, possible repair, and data extraction.
Submit all photographs and data extracted from the vehicle to the client who made the request.
